This product exceed my expectations: 1) it fits perfectly with my 2014 Jeep Patriot. The panel of the dashboard replaced the original one greatly. The canbus was designed to be compatible to the original radio ports, making it a true plug-and-play installation. For basic functionality installation, it took me less than an hour to install. 2) The tablet has so much extensibility regarding functions. I was surprised to find that I can add: backup camera, front-facing camera, 360 camera, steering wheel control, 4G network access if i needed to. I ended up only adding the steering wheel control to it as I have backup camera installed with another product. 3) The seller has amazing customer support team. The associates who helped me was named Icey and has been super helpful. When I first installed the unit, I had some problems connecting to CarPlay because I didn’t know it’s better to disable my iPhone’s Wi-Fi to connect to CarPlay smoothly. Icey walked me through the problem with great detail and also followed up with me on several other questions I had about installing steeling wheel control, etc.I highly recommend upgrading your old jeep with this seller and product!One thing about fellowstar they have very great and professional workers that care !! Comes with the whole kit of cables to connect everything you can imagine…external amps, front & back camera, wifi, 4g 5g anything… the support team is súper also. They help me with my questions and helped me a lot!Super easy plug and play install. Everything works very well as it should, FM radio, Bluetooth, Android auto. Only issue I'm having is with maps, while driving at night it is stuck on day time mode so it's a little overwhelming. I've tried different settings and can get it to change to night mode but once the app is closed and reopened, it goes right back to day mode. Overall great experience compared to old radio.Bought this for my niece and she absolutely loves it! Don’t hesitate to buy super easy install.Pretty much plug and play. Headend defaulted to Compass with AMP which caused the audio volume to be loud. I unchecked the compass with AMP and smooth sailing after that. Headend password is 3368. Also, the backup camera was somewhat easy. Tie the 2 reds together at the camera end and ground the black. At the Headend plug 20' Yellow audio into the yellow stereo audio. Then connect the red on the Headend to 12v labeled cam 12V. Pleased ?I did not like the very small guide that came with the unit, it was hard to see what went were. I had a problem in the beginning and had to reach out for help and the person that responded went the extra mile to help me. I was sent a very readable wiring diagram and an answer to the cause of my problem, I check the wires and made a change on the screen menu and my problem went away, I could control the volume. I like to thank the people who made the product for the help and instructions he said "we will get you fixed not to worry" and he did. I am loving the unit now.
