This product works really well, I was very pleased. I like how it automatically goes to a backup camera when in reverse; I just need to purchase one and hook it up. Force reset to pre-installed keyboard every shutdown. the app can not be updated via PlayStore and uninstalled.Most of apps (LAUNCHER, AV IN, RADIO, MUSIC, VIDEO and more) in the core apps so if you chose 3rd party launcher apps, they will not be displayed app list and can not use them. Please note: Disc, Navi, Radio has hard button.I expected but ES File Explorer is pre installed. It can not be uninstalled.For the money this thing is great! Plugs right in to the factory harness with the provided adapter and looks factory as well. Steering wheel controls still work(odd that the skip/restart is backwards, but nbd). System works good for streaming music. I’ve also watched YouTube/YouTubeTV without issue.Overall I’m happy with my purchase and I’d buy it again. I haven’t hooked the camera up yet so I can’t comment on that. It’s not the best thing I’ve ever used but for the $250 it does everything I want and then some.Eady to install. Only complaint (if you can call it a complaint) is the video quality of the backup camera is not the best. Not bad... but not the best.If you have a Wrangler like me, 2011. no nav and with the factory subwoofer. This radio is a huge improvement, and fairly easy to install. The backup camera wire isn't really marked, it is the Pink wire though. I purchased a license plate mount for the supplied backup camera. Overall the radio is a great improvement, few little quirks but really sounds good. The subwoofer RCA doesn't have a separate subwoofer control in the head-unit. I stuck with the factory subwoofer, and used a line-out convertor to an amp for the sub. all the other speakers come to life compared to the alpine factory system. Nav works well and lot of features. For the $250 its a decent radio. You could obviously spend $1000 on a better unit, but for the money you cannot get a better radio ! for the most part, its plug and play !The directions suckRadio fit perfectly in a 2012 ram 3500 plugged right into factory harness,backup camera did not cone with it but i ordered it the day i installed it received it 2 days later plugged right in, had a few questions about radio previously to purchasing, excellent customer service, highly recommend it. Great sound and touch screen!!
