Wow perfect match for my radio. I still can't believe that I didn't have to trim the whip at all. Mounted base shoved the whip in till it bottomed out checked swr needle on radio didn't move. What , must be broken. Tried again with external swr meter got a 1.1 all across the bandwidth wonder if the extra 3feet of coax brought it up a little. This is very rare. I was using a 102" whip and it didn't match this good. Perfect setup just got in. Tired of 102" hitting bridges and traffic lights tried this before I get in trouble for overhieght and tried this predator and much to my surprise it is perfect like cowtown made this specifically for me. Radio waves are in my favor for a change. Thanks Dennis J.I can get out about 6 miles now but think I can set CB for better. Will keep you postedVery Good Antenna...
